Same Day Service: 

We do offer same day appointment. An extra $100 is added to the cleaning total for this service. 

Deposit:

In most cases Deposit is usually 30% of the total estimate. 

Deposit is none refundable 48 hours before appointment.

We do not require a deposit from recurring clients. 

Picture/Video: 

While 50% of the time we do not take or use pictures. We usually tell our customers that All services are subjected to before and after pics/ videos for our social media. To ensure confidentiality Nothing personal/ private will be captured and we will never tag our client. This is also used to show proof that the job was completed if necessary. 

A lock-out fee: 

Lock out fee can be assessed if the cleaning crew isn’t able to enter the property.

Weather Emergencies:

If there is a storm or heavy snow day, we will contact you as soon as possible and will do our best to reschedule your cleaning on the next available date.

Holiday: 

Moys cleaning services will be closed the following days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day and the day after. 

Dissatisfaction & Refund:

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, Moys Cleaning Services cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% Satisfied with us therefore Please use our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your services. 

Unfair Competition: 

Clients may not solicit our employees present or past to work for them directly in any capacity whatsoever and must agree to pay a $5,000 “finder’s fee” if you hire an employee away from Moys Cleaning Services.
